Position Position Overview
- Role: Marketing Coordinator
- Location: Los Angeles, CA
[Core Responsibilities]
- Project Management: Own and maintain comprehensive timelines, calendars, and marketing decks across all artist rosters, ensuring release dates, campaign milestones, and asset delivery deadlines are met across all partners and territories.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the global marketing team across multiple sectors, including digital marketing, PR, distribution, and content planning.
- Meeting & Action Tracking: Document detailed meeting notes and track actionable items for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Asset Management: Manage asset intake from Korea HQ—receiving, logging, distributing, and tracking the approval status of all creative assets.
- Campaign Execution: Liaise with internal and external teams to seamlessly deliver assets and facilitate the successful execution of campaigns.
- Artist Operations & Logistics: Assist in managing U.S. artist promotional schedules, coordinating travel for artists and staff, and supporting visa application processes.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance data and compile comprehensive recap decks for artist releases.
- Finance & Administration: Manage vendor invoices, support budget tracking, and facilitate internal finance processing.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify emerging trends.
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the entertainment industry (music industry experience is highly preferred).
- Industry & Trend Insight: Deep passion for K-pop, pop culture, and a solid understanding of digital/social trends.
- Language Skills: Proficient in bilingual communication; professional fluency in Korean is a strong plus (for HQ collaboration).
- Project Ownership: Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of taking proactive ownership of projects.
- Creativity & Social Media: Creative mindset with the ability to pitch fresh ideas and a strong understanding of various social media platforms.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable to working across different time zones (specifically between US and Korea).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
