The team advises clients across a diverse range of sectors, including Consumer, Food & Beverage, Industrials, Technology, and Healthcare, offering broad transaction exposure and the opportunity to work on a variety of complex middle market deals.
The ideal candidate will have prior investment banking experience, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, and experience supporting live M&A transactions.
