Consider before submitting an application:
We are hiring on a rolling basis, so you can start as soon as you are ready. This is a flexible internship, with a commitment of anywhere from 2 to 12 months, part-time or full-time, depending on availability. Work will be remote, with potential opportunities for in-person collaboration with the founding team. Compensation for this internship is $40 USD per hour.
Our team is focused on recognizing and developing emerging talent. As a Bonzi intern, you will not just be assisting the team. You will work directly with the founders, see your ideas tested in real time, and gain skills that traditional internships rarely provide. The experience will be fast-paced, hands-on, and career-defining.
About the Team
Bonzi is an AI video studio reimagining how content gets made. Instead of one-off clips from a single model, Bonzi is a full studio: every top model (Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling, Flux 2 Pro), your own reusable characters, saveable formats, and an agent that builds an entire video from a sentence. Creators, brands, and agencies use it to make weeks of content in an afternoon. We recently launched, and the film on our page was made entirely in Bonzi.
We are a small and ambitious team where every idea counts. You will help shape both the product and the culture around it, working closely with the founders and other early builders.
What You Will Do
Qualified applicants may be reviewed for one or more of the following tracks:
Content and Community Growth
• Create high-volume short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn, all made with Bonzi itself
• Research and identify emerging trends before they peak, and turn them around fast
• Interact with users to build early community culture and gather feedback
• Test content angles and measure what actually performs
Growth Marketing and Distribution
• Run multi-channel growth experiments across social platforms and newsletters
• Design and run experiments, then track results and double down on what works
• Support brand storytelling and messaging with the founding team
• Research competitor trends and cultural shifts among creators, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha
Creator and Product Research (optional focus)
• Interview creators and gather feedback through surveys and polls
• Translate insights into content and product ideas
• Collaborate with design and engineering to shape new features
What You Will Bring
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write in an authentic and engaging style
• Creativity and initiative demonstrated through social media, side projects, or previous work
• A passion for social media culture, internet trends, and AI video
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
• Self-starter mindset with the drive to make things happen independently
• Bonus: you already make content or experiment with AI tools
