Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to support the growth of
our Strategic Accounts & Partnerships division. Working directly with senior leadership, you will
help identify enterprise opportunities, research target industries, prepare executive presentations,
coordinate outreach campaigns, maintain CRM data, and create business development content that
supports long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Research
Research target industries and enterprise accounts; identify decision makers; build account profiles;
conduct competitor analysis; prepare executive briefing documents; research conferences and
networking opportunities.
Executive Sales Support
Create executive presentations, customize proposals, prepare capability statements, meeting
agendas, and leave-behind materials.
Content & Thought Leadership
Create LinkedIn content, newsletters, industry articles, graphics, case studies, and support the
company's strategic positioning.
CRM & Sales Operations
Maintain CRM, track opportunities, prepare KPI dashboards, generate reports, and organize the
sales pipeline.
Strategic Projects
Support partnership initiatives, market research, conference preparation, business planning, and
process improvements.
