About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining outbound sales development with sales and operational support.
You’ll spend part of your day prospecting and generating new business opportunities, while also helping keep our sales pipeline moving by supporting proposals, customer communication, and order fulfillment.
If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Outbound Sales Development Primary Focus
* Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
* Research target accounts and decision-makers
* Generate qualified meetings for our sales team
* Follow up with inbound inquiries and dormant opportunities
* Build and maintain prospect lists
* Execute outbound campaigns and sales sequences
* Meet weekly activity and meeting goals
Sales Support
* Coordinate follow-up with prospects and customers
* Schedule design presentations and meetings
* Update HubSpot and maintain CRM accuracy
* Assist with customer communication throughout the sales process
* Support marketing campaigns and lead follow-up
Operations & Order Fulfillment
* Coordinate customer orders after sale
* Work with design, production, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule
* Track production timelines and communicate updates to customers
* Assist with order entry, proof approvals, and shipment coordination
* Help ensure every order is delivered accurately and on time

Preferred Experience
* 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
* Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
* B2B sales experience
* Apparel or promotional products experience
* AI proficiency
