Role Overview
Seeking a
Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of commercial truck and trailer tires in the Knoxville, TN area. This role involves building relationships with dealers and fleets, promoting innovative products and technologies, and executing sales strategies to retain and grow accounts. The position requires a consultative sales approach, market analysis, and launching new products successfully. Most work is independent, involving travel and remote work from a home office.
Responsibilities Include
- Retaining and expanding existing accounts
- Developing customer relationships through site visits and calls
- Targeting key fleets and dealers with tailored solutions
- Promoting high-performance products and technologies
- Managing new product launches and market strategies
- Handling operational issues and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3+ years sales experience or high school diploma with 3-6+ years relevant sales background
- Experience in tire, automotive, technology, or related fields, or military service
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 50%, and physical ability to handle lifting and movement of up to 75 pounds
- Legal work authorization in the US
- Preferred: 2-5+ years outside sales, strong Microsoft Office skills, comfort with digital tools
