Role Description The Automotive Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Audi Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. This role involves greeting and engaging guests in the showroom, understanding their needs, and guiding them through vehicle selection, test drives, and product demonstrations. The consultant presents Audi features and benefits, explains pricing and financing options, and supports guests through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, following up with prospects and existing customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale. The Automotive Consultant also collaborates with team members in sales, finance, and service to provide a seamless, premium-brand experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a proven ability to build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and present solutions clearly and confidently.
- Candidates should possess solid Automotive knowledge or experience, with the ability to learn Audi product features, technology, and competitive comparisons.
