SEM Applications Inc is on the lookout for a talented Client Sales and Retention Specialist to join our growing team! We are a small local company that runs a BIG business providing a software program to Guardians, Fiduciaries, and Conservators nationwide. The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator both on the phone and in person. Must be comfortable leading Teams meetings to demonstrate the EMS software program and can lead prospective customers through the sales process from contract, to go live, and beyond to ensure continued customer satisfaction and usage of the program. Our new team member will build an in-depth knowledge of the EMS application through training and will possess strong problem-solving skills; combining the two to understand the customers’ current pain points within their office and successfully convey and demonstrate how EMS could solve those issues. Occasional travel and conference attendance is required to develop new customer relationships with future prospects as well as connect with current customers. Discipline, organization, integrity, and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team are key elements of success for this position. Qualifications and Experience:
- Customer Service/Sales experience strongly preferred
- Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Presentation experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to occasionally travel overnight.
