A venture-backed, Series A Healthtech company growing 2x YoY is hiring an Sales Development Representative to scale its enterprise function during a critical growth phase.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth team at an early stage, play a key role in generating pipeline, and directly impact company growth. You'll work closely with sales leadership to develop prospecting strategies, engage healthcare organizations, and create qualified opportunities.
Location: Fully Onsite, Manhattan, NY
Compensation: $80k base + $120k OTE.
Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Identify and research prospective healthcare customers including clinics, practices, and health systems
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team
- Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM and sales intelligence platforms
- Track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and improve results
- Help develop scalable prospecting processes, playbooks, and qualification frameworks
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and market developments
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or a high-volume sales environment
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly competitive
- Process-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment
