About Orbital
Orbital (withorbital.com) is a data platform that helps companies sell to local businesses. We're hiring outside sales reps to bring our products directly to local business owners across the U.S. You'll be the face of Orbital in your market — prospecting, pitching, and closing.
What you'll do
- Own a territory and sell Orbital's products to local businesses (retail, services, restaurants, and more).
- Prospect and book your own meetings — in person and by phone — and close deals end to end.
- Build a book of repeat local relationships, not one-and-done transactions.
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of outside/field sales, B2B, or local-business sales (SaaS, payments, advertising, or door-to-door all count).
- A self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
- Comfortable talking to small business owners face-to-face and turning "no" into "not yet."
- Based in the U.S. with reliable transportation for your territory.
Compensation
- Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 plus uncapped commission. Realistic first-year on-target earnings of $95,000–$130,000, with top reps earning $150,000+.
- Fast promotion path as we grow your territory. Mileage/travel covered for in-territory selling.
