One of the fastest-growing distributed energy infrastructure investment platforms in the U.S., financing, owning, and operating a diversified portfolio of solar, battery storage, microgrid, and other distributed energy assets nationwide.
Rather than acting as a traditional developer, the company partners with leading developers, EPCs, ESCOs, and multinational energy companies to finance and manage renewable energy infrastructure, allowing it to focus on capital deployment, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence.
Today, they manages approximately 100-200 operating and in-development projects representing more than $700 million in assets. Following a strategic investment from in late 2025 from one of the world's largest institutional holding companies, the company has entered a significant growth phase and are expecting to double their assets in the next year alone, exceeding $1B, through multiple joint ventures and acquisitions underway.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Capital Markets, you'll support outreach, structuring, operations, and management of financial relationships, principally for the Company’s debt facilities. The Analyst is an important member of the Company’s broader Capital Markets team, which collaborates to finance renewable energy assets deployed across the country. The analyst communicates effectively with internal teams and external parties to keep existing debt facilities running smoothly and bring new facilities to market.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project- and portfolio-level financial models to support debt financing transactions and investment decisions.
- Analyze portfolio performance and prepare financial analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Support the execution and ongoing management of debt financing facilities.
- Assist in preparing lender presentations, financing materials, and due diligence documentation.
- Partner with development, acquisitions, construction, and asset management teams to support financing initiatives.
- Develop reporting tools and improve financial modeling and capital markets processes.
- Conduct market, industry, and transaction research to support strategic financing decisions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project finance, commercial banking, infrastructure finance, renewable energy finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience supporting project finance, debt financing, or capital markets transactions is preferred.
- Renewable energy experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
