About the Role
We're looking for a talented, creative designer to shape the brand and marketing collateral used by our entire team of loan officers. This role is built for someone who thinks visually, has a genuine eye for design, and wants to bring fresh, polished creative to every piece of collateral they touch. Your work won't sit in a folder, it'll be used daily by the people driving our business forward. What You'll Do
- Design bold, on-brand marketing materials and collateral used by loan officers across the company
- Bring creative concepts to life, from flyers and social graphics to templates and campaign visuals
- Own brand consistency across every channel, digital and print
- Coordinate marketing projects from kickoff to launch, keeping timelines and deliverables on track
- Pitch fresh creative ideas and help evolve the look and feel of the brand over time
- Keep templates, files, and brand assets organized so materials are easy to find and use
- Collaborate with loan officers, internal teams, and outside vendors or freelancers as needed
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- A strong portfolio that shows range, creativity, and sharp design instincts
- 1 to 3 years of experience in design, branding, or a creative coordination role
- Expert-level comfort in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
- An eye for detail and a passion for clean, polished visual work
- Comfort with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- The ability to juggle multiple creative projects without missing a beat
- Experience in mortgage, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry is a plus
