Role Description The Real Estate Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. The analyst will evaluate residential real estate opportunities, perform financial and market analyses, and support pricing and offer decisions across Zoom Casa’s solutions, including Buy-Before-You-Sell and Instant Cash Offer programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed property and neighborhood research, preparing valuation models, reviewing transaction data, and supporting due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnership deals. The role also involves preparing clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, collaborating with operations and sales teams, and maintaining accurate data in internal systems to support decision-making and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret real estate market data and build structured financial models.
- Experience performing due diligence on residential properties, including review of legal, financial, and market-related documentation.
- Knowledge of finance and investments, preferably in a real estate or property-focused environment.
- Background in real estate appraisal or property valuation, with familiarity in comparative market analyses and pricing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; experience with real estate or CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
