Company Description Bücha Hard Kombucha is a local San Diego brewery specializing in hard kombucha crafted with whole, organically grown California fruit as the primary ingredient. The team partners exclusively with small organic farms that prioritize quality and sustainable practices. Through a unique whole-fruit fermentation process, Bücha preserves vital nutrients, fresh flavors, natural aromas, and vibrant colors without using juices, purees, concentrates, or added flavorings. The brewery produces small-batch, raw kombucha with a focus on authenticity, transparency, and exceptional taste. Applicants can expect to represent a product rooted in quality, local agriculture, and careful craft brewing. Bücha's company culture is exciting and results-focused, but paradoxically relaxed and grounded all at the same time. If this sounds like a great fit for you, we encourage you to apply.
Role Description Our Alcohol Sales Representative role is remote, commission-only position with a generous commission and bonus structure, and extremely flexible schedule. We are currently looking for reps across all of Southern California (from up to Ventura, east to Riverside, and south to San Ysidro— currently focusing on Orange County) who can grow sales and brand visibility for Bücha throughout the region; however, we are growing rapidly and thus our search for reps will likely expand into other markets like the Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest in the near future. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and securing new on- and off-premise accounts, managing relationships with existing retailers, bars, and restaurants, and conducting regular sales visits to ensure product placement, merchandising, and adequate inventory levels. The role involves coordinating in-store tastings & events (which will be compensated hourly) and educating customers and accounts about the brand’s whole-fruit fermentation process and benefits. This role has ample room for upward-mobility as Bücha continues to grow— those who perform well in this role and have the desire to take on other obligations like delivery fulfillment or management roles will be afforded those opportunities.
