Role Description The Sales and Content Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston County, SC. This role manages day-to-day sales activities, including engaging with customers, nurturing leads, closing sales, and supporting retail and wholesale partners. The Sales and Content Lead will develop and maintain customer relationships, oversee key accounts, and help shape sales strategies to drive revenue and brand growth. In addition, this role is responsible for creating and managing content across digital channels, including product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials that showcase the brand story and collections. The individual will collaborate with leadership on promotional initiatives, provide product training and guidance to team members, and regularly report on sales performance and customer feedback to inform future strategies.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present products and brand stories effectively.
- Customer Service skills, with experience building relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing a high-quality, luxury brand experience.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, closing techniques, and comfort working toward defined sales targets and goals.
- Sales Management and Training skills, with the ability to coach team members, support onboarding, and contribute to sales process improvements.
- Experience in retail, luxury goods, home décor, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Charleston County, SC, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak sales periods or events.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, POS systems, and common digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, email marketing tools) is beneficial.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sales and content projects simultaneously.
