We are partnering with a technology-focused private equity firm seeking to add an Analyst or Associate to its investment team in New York.
The position offers broad exposure across the investment lifecycle, including evaluating new opportunities, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate investment opportunities across technology and tech-enabled businesses
• Build financial, valuation and investment-return models
• Conduct company, industry and market research
• Support commercial and financial due diligence
• Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations
• Assist with transaction structuring and execution
• Work alongside senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams
Candidate profile
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Investment banking experience preferred, although candidates from private equity, consulting, transaction advisory or accounting may also be considered
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
• Interest in technology and tech-enabled services investing
