The search division recruits highly skilled professionals on a direct-hire basis. We primarily service our clients in the NY and NJ area as well as nationally through our AAFA network (45 financial staffing affiliates throughout the U.S. and Canada).
Responsibilities:
- On-site 4 days a week
- Reports to the executive director
- Design and manage multiple projects as needed and identified, including directing the work of team members, managing budgets, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability
- Create high-quality, sophisticated presentations and related support material
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
