About the Role
We're hiring a Junior Software Developer — someone hungry to learn, build real things, and grow fast. You'll write real code, push it to production, and do the kind of debugging that actually makes you better, with a lead developer right alongside you to review your work and help you level up. Our projects cover a lot of ground, so if you like variety and pick things up fast, you'll fit right in. Full-time, on-site in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do
- Build features across our full-stack apps
- Write clean code, with guidance when you need it
- Debug and untangle issues across different projects and codebases
- Help with deployments and keep our environments healthy
- Move between projects and stacks without losing your footing
- Pitch in on the infrastructure behind our AI systems
- Communicate clearly and own your time
What We're Looking For
- Front-end: HTML5, modern CSS, JavaScript (React + Tailwind a plus)
- Back-end: JavaScript and SQL (a little Python goes a long way)
- A working knowledge of SQL databases and APIs
- Git and GitHub, and a collaborative way of working
- You test and debug your own work before it ships
- You're at home in an IDE like VS Code
- Some familiarity with cloud hosting and deployments
- At ease with AI coding tools like Claude and Copilot
- Sharp communication and time management
- Able to work on-site in Miami, FL

Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 base to start, plus performance milestones tied to real, shipped work. We keep the base competitive and reward what you actually deliver — do great work, and there's more in it for you.
