Strategy & Business Analyst
We're partnering with our client, a leading professional services firm, to hire a Strategy & Business Analyst. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role supporting strategic business and product initiatives from concept through execution. You'll work closely with leadership, clients, and external partners to evaluate new opportunities, improve processes, and help bring innovative solutions to market.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, helping move new concepts from ideation through implementation
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support future business initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, coordinate projects, and drive key initiatives forward
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, tracking timelines, priorities, and project milestones
- Develop clear business documentation, process maps, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing initiatives
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and strategic partners to support ongoing initiatives and new capabilities
- Utilize data and analytical insights to support business decisions and measure the impact of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, project management, or a similar role
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating business documentation and presenting recommendations
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools is a plus
