Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Drive the organization's proactive analytics strategy by identifying emerging opportunities, risks, and business trends before they become critical issues.
- Develop analytical frameworks that help leadership anticipate market shifts, operational challenges, and strategic inflection points.
- Transform complex data into meaningful insights that support long-term business planning and executive decision-making.
- Design and monitor leading indicators, predictive metrics, and early-warning dashboards that enable proactive business actions.
- Lead exploratory analyses that address ambiguous business questions through structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven methodologies.
- Deliver executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and expected business impact.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape strategic initiatives using data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, business intelligence, or a related analytical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership through strategic analysis and data-driven recommendations.
Technical Skills
- Advanced experience with SQL and modern cloud-based analytics platforms (Databricks preferred).
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
