Responsibilities include supporting deal structuring and deal process from sourcing through integration. This is a visible role with opportunity for advancement. Experience with PE and or I-banking preferred. Compensation includes a base up to $150K + bonus. This is a hybrid role, thus requires base in Northern Virginia.
