Assistant Designer, Women's TSD – Project (Remote)
Scope: Limited Contract full-time 40 hours per week for July-October

We're looking for a creative, detail-driven
Assistant Designer to join our Women's TSD team! If you have a sharp eye for trend, a love of fabric and fit, and thrive in a fast-paced design environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Research global markets to uncover emerging seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics/yarns, techniques, product categories, and competitive inspiration
- Help develop concepts and sketches for the seasonal product line
- Build tech packs and clearly communicate the vision behind fit and product design, ensuring execution, quality, and margin targets are met
- Complete structured design assignments — sketch revisions, updated design packages, and CAD fills — based on shifting priorities
- Juggle multiple seasons at once while tracking development deadlines in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
What You Bring
- An elevated sense of style, aesthetic, and color, with the ability to translate trends through the lens of the customer and brand
- Thorough knowledge of silhouette, fit, fabrication, construction, color, sewing techniques, and trim, with applied knowledge of garment construction
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
