Reports To: Director, Sales
Position Summary: The ISR serves as the commercial engine behind the field sales team, driving front-end pipeline velocity, vetting new leads, and ensuring no open quote goes cold. Working in close coordination with RSMs, regional rep groups, and the Customer Solutions team, the ISR is responsible for building and maintaining a consistent, data-driven pipeline — measured by lead vetting volume, RSM meeting generation, and disciplined quote follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- ·Execute structured outbound campaigns targeting foodservice operators, dealers, distributors, and commercial kitchen decision-makers
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through structured outbound outreach
- Meet weekly outbound activity targets as defined by the Sales Director
- Qualify all inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria (budget, need, authority, timeline) and route qualified leads to the appropriate RSM or regional rep group,
- Document all inbound and outbound leads in Monday.com
- Use working knowledge of AutoQuotes (AQ) to provide prospects with general list/budgetary price ranges during prospecting and qualification conversations
- Develop and manage relationships with manufacturer representatives, dealers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Follow up directly with regional rep groups on leads funneled to them, maintaining the same engagement and pipeline visibility standard applied to RSM-routed leads.
- Implement and maintain a follow-up cadence for all open quotes and leads — whether routed to an RSM or a regional rep group
- Ensure no open quote goes more than a month without a follow-up call, with each follow-up action logged in pipeline notes.
- Escalate stalled opportunities to the RSM.
- Own the accuracy and completeness of the front-end pipeline in Monday.com.
- Maintain clean records for all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity.
- Generate weekly and monthly pipeline reports for the Sales Director
- Ensure proper representation of the Wood Stone brand and product portfolio throughout the territory.
- Partner with the Customer Solutions team to identify expansion and upsell signals within the existing customer base.

- Gather, document, and share competitive intelligence, market signals, and customer feedback surfaced during prospecting and qualification conversations.

Key Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development experience
- Demonstrated track record of vetting and qualifying leads with disciplined, time-bound follow-up
- Working knowledge of AutoQuotes (AQ) sufficient to reference budgetary/ballpark pricing during prospecting conversations; formal quoting remains owned by Customer Solutions
- Strong data entry accuracy and proficiency in Excel and CRM/pipeline platforms (Monday.com or equivalent)
- Exposure to the foodservice equipment, commercial kitchen, hospitality, or food-and-beverage industries preferredeports To: Director, Sales
Pay Range: $31.50 - $36.00 / hour
