Position: Junior Project Manager - Construction
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits
A leading structural steel fabrication company is looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join its growing Atlanta team.
With a strong pipeline of warehouse, advanced manufacturing, and commercial projects, this is an

You will support senior Project Managers throughout the full lifecycle of structural steel projects valued from $2M to $10M+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and other project documentation
- Coordinate communication between office teams, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track project progress, costs, resources, budgets, and timelines
- Support quality control and site safety requirements
- Attend project meetings and prepare status reports
Requirements:
- 1+ years of construction, field, engineering, or project coordination experience; internships considered
- Basic ability to read structural and architectural drawings
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is advantageous
- Structural steel or fabrication experience is a strong plus
