About Us
We are a specialty needlepoint company offering canvases, threads, accessories, and kits to a passionate and growing community of stitchers. Though needlepoint was once considered a niche craft, it is experiencing remarkable momentum — and our family of brands is at the forefront of that growth. We serve a diverse audience of enthusiasts, from seasoned stitchers to curious newcomers, across a wide range of markets and geographies.
The Role

• Design marketing materials across print and digital channels, including email campaigns, social media assets, signage, catalogs, and advertisements.
• Work closely with the Brand & Creative Director to execute creative direction and uphold brand standards across our family of brands.
• Collaborate with the copywriting and marketing teams to develop cohesive, visually engaging campaigns.
• Adapt designs for different brands, audiences, and platforms while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with production deadlines.
• Prepare and package files for print and digital production.
• Capture and edit photo and video content for social and web platforms.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience creating flows and scheduling campaigns in Klayvio.
• Fluency in Figma, Canva, Midjourney, and Nano Banana.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, illustration, photo and video production, and marketing across print and digital formats.
• A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload with shifting priorities.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with comfort receiving and acting on creative feedback.
• Familiarity with the needlepoint industry or a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for it.
Experience
We are open to candidates at various stages of their careers. What matters most is a strong portfolio, curiosity and creative ideas, and the ability to produce effective and brand-focused work across a variety of formats and channels.

• You are a needlepointer yourself or have a genuine interest in art and design.
• Experience designing for specialty retail, lifestyle brands, or creative industries.
• Familiarity with both print production and digital asset creation workflows.
