POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience and a strong background in process improvement, manufacturing documentation, and production support. This role focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency, supporting production teams, and implementing process enhancements to ensure quality and operational excellence.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and production documentation.
Plan and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyse equipment layouts, workflows, and assembly methods to optimise manufacturing operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce production issues.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and production line challenges while supporting day-to-day operations.
Determine the tools, equipment, and materials required to meet production goals.
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in resolving manufacturing-related issues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (3–5 years preferred).
- Experience creating manufacturing work instructions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production support, and continuous improvement methodologies.
