Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with healthcare providers, and present NHMS’s biologics and wound care solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, and following up with prospects and existing accounts to support adoption and utilization. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and monitoring market trends and competitive activity. The Sales Consultant will also provide practice optimization guidance, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with experience guiding healthcare or medical practices through solution selection and implementation.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and supporting ongoing account management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities, active listening, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, biologics, or advanced wound care is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
