Role Description This full-time remote Sales Consultant role is responsible for driving adoption of NHMS biologics and advanced wound care solutions among healthcare providers. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting virtual and in-person product presentations, and consulting with practices on how to integrate NHMS solutions into their workflows. The Sales Consultant will build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, manage the sales pipeline, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Sales Consultant will also stay current on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory considerations to offer informed guidance to customers.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a focus on solution-based selling in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of building trust and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities across clinical and business audiences.
- Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, biologics, or advanced wound care is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a territory or pipeline, and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings, trainings, or events.
