Overview: The e-Commerce & Marketplace Coordinator will be responsible for supporting catalog management and communication related to our CL.com and marketplace partners. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The e-Commerce & Marketplace Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of e-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
Product Catalog
- Maintain and update the product catalog on CL.com and our current marketplace partners; Saks.com, Bloomingdales.com, and Palacio.com via Mirakl on a daily basis.
- Ensure all product attributes are accurate and updated in a timely manner for all websites, including CL.com.
- Monitor and review errors with catalog import files and take swift corrective actions to publish product.
- Track and enable new product across all websites, disable styles when directed.
Communication and Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for catalog marketplace related topics.
- Collaborate with central Content team on attribute timing, product deliveries, and launches.
- Communicate with local and central IT teams and external partners to collaborate on enhancements and resolve reoccurring issues.
- Assist Manager of e-Commerce with marketing opportunities and shooting schedules with partners.
Support
- Partner with Manager of e-Commerce to identify product opportunities to promote on marketplaces.
- Participate in new marketplace project launches, providing catalog insights, testing product flows, while working closely with local and central e-Commerce teams.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce/e-concession/retail, preferably in a luxury environment or similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools, such as Magento, Manhattan MAO, or Mirakl.
- Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
- Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
- Additional language fluency is a plus
- Adheres to company policy and confidentiality

In accordance with the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in compliance with the Salary Transparency Law (just in NYC), Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $55,000- $60,000 per YEAR.
*This range is NOT inclusive of other forms of compensation or benefits such as commissions, overtime, discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement savings or paid leaves of absence.
