What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home and/or client consultations
- Identify client needs and present tailored financial solutions
- Work with pre-qualified leads to maximize efficiency and closing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service
- Manage your own schedule with a focus on productivity and execution
- Learn and grow into leadership and management opportunities based on performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong drive, discipline, and a competitive mindset
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Evidence of prior success (sales, sports, business, academics, or personal achievement)
- Comfortable communicating with people in the comfort of their own home.
- Willingness to obtain any required licensing or training if applicable
Compensation
- On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $70,000 – $164,000+
- Uncapped commission structure based on performance
- Additional earning potential with promotions and leadership roles
