Financial Analyst Position in Greater Milwaukee
We are working a newly created Financial Analyst position for a growing, regional bank in a southern Milwaukee suburb. This position will have a direct line to the C-Suite and really get to make the position their own and quickly move up to management!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results, forecasts, and trends to support business and management decision-making.
- Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability processes through data collection, validation, and financial modeling.
- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers behind financial performance.
- Partner with senior FP&A team members on ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and business requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of analysis experience
- Experience in banking or financial services/investment firm
- Problem-solving/process improvement mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and organization skills
