Position OverviewPower your future with Qualus as a Account Executive. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our strategically important Clients. Assigned to one or more Clients, the Account Executive is responsible for developing winning strategies for opportunities, pipeline management, relationship management, strategic account planning, market intelligence and supports the Qualus engineering / field service offices assigned to that key account. The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each AE will be driven by Client satisfaction as measured by order intake / meeting revenue goals, repeat business, and Tier Level progression. The AE represents the entire range of services Qualus offers to a specific account and makes recommendations on new services tightly coupled with our core competences / focus. The AE will lead the account planning cycle and ensure their needs and expectations are met by the company.
Responsibilities
Acts as focal point for problem resolution and monitors the successful close out of issues and actions. Able to build lasting, trusting, and widespread relationships across the customer27s organization.
Develops and maintains detailed understanding of the customer27s business strategy, purchasing behavior, organizational structure including, customer needs, regulatory drivers, threats, economic trends, and competition.
Leads the development and implementation of the overall Key Account Plan for assigned accounts or products lines, executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities, and implementing recovery plans in the case of off target performance.
