A growing, technology-driven organization is seeking a
Finance Manager to join its leadership team and help elevate the finance function into a more strategic, forward-looking business partner. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role combines FP&A, strategic finance, M&A, and revenue analysis.

$130,000–$140,000 base salary, plus bonus and long-term incentive opportunity. Some flexibility may be available for an exceptional candidate.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and strategic forecasts
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and decision support
- Support M&A activities including modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration
- Support revenue recognition and contract analysis in accordance with ASC 606
- Analyze KPIs, margins, revenue trends, and key business-performance drivers
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Legal, and other business functions
- Provide pricing, ROI, and strategic business analysis
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and financial systems
- Prepare financial analysis and reporting for executive leadership
- Remain hands-on while helping develop a proactive, forward-looking finance function
Qualifications
- Strong FP&A and strategic finance experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
- Meaningful M&A experience including modeling/valuation, due diligence, and integration support
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition
- Progressive experience within corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
- Experience working in a hands-on environment with broad financial ownership strongly preferred
- Fintech, SaaS, technology, or recurring-revenue experience is a plus
- Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
