About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes multi-channel programs that grow qualified traffic, engagement, and pipeline across the technology business. The role combines campaign operations, SEO/SEM, content distribution, paid media, and performance reporting.
You will work with marketing, product, sales, and creative partners to turn positioning into landing pages, email campaigns, search programs, and social content. Success is measured through conversion rates, marketing-qualified leads, cost efficiency, and revenue influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute campaigns across HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, organic search, and social channels
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture workflows, and conversion paths using CMS and marketing automation platforms
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO audits, and performance improvements using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Manage the editorial and social calendar; coordinate briefs, approvals, publishing, and distribution for blogs, case studies, webinars, and product content
- Monitor campaign performance and create recurring reports covering traffic, engagement, conversion, MQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, ad creative, landing-page layouts, calls to action, and audience segments
- Coordinate with sales and revenue operations to maintain lead-routing rules, campaign attribution, CRM data quality, and follow-up workflows
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, SEO/SEM, or a related role, preferably in a technology environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, paid search, paid social, email marketing, landing-page optimization, and funnel reporting
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical buyers, business decision-makers, and consumer audiences
- Comfort working with campaign data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution metrics to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage deadlines, stakeholders, vendors, and multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, Looker Studio, Salesforce reporting, marketing attribution platforms, webinar programs, or A/B testing tools; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
