Eclipsyum supports growing U.S. companies in roofing, insulation, construction, logistics, and consumer products.
We need a marketing leader who can own the marketing function, lead a team, improve lead quality, reduce wasted spend, and connect marketing directly to revenue.
You will work directly with ownership and have the authority to challenge strategy, set priorities, and hold the team accountable.
What You'll Do
- Lead marketing across multiple brands
- Manage Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, email, content, web, and creative
- Own budgets, KPIs, attribution, and reporting
- Improve lead → appointment → estimate → sale
- Lead and hold the marketing team accountable
- Improve marketing/sales alignment
- Use AI and automation to scale operations
- Help build Eclipsyum into an external marketing agency
We Want
- 10+ years marketing experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Multi-brand, multi-location, agency, or multi-client experience
- Strong performance marketing and lead-generation background
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, and analytics
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, cost per appointment, ROAS, and revenue attribution
- Proven team leadership
- Comfortable telling ownership “no” when the data says no
Strong preference: Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, remodeling, restoration, home services, franchises, or performance marketing agencies.
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
