Overview
The executive administrator position is client facing and reports directly to Executive Vice President also working closely with Client Relationship Managers.
The administrator is responsible for reviewing and interpreting plan documents and group annuity proposals obtained from various insurance companies, and must have strong critical thinking, organizational and prioritizing skills when managing their case load. Coordinating and overseeing the Request for Proposal and post-sale transition processes is a requirement of this position.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills. A financial services, retirement plan or HR background is helpful.
Position is in office at our Plymouth Meeting, PA headquarters with long term potential for hybrid/full remote.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with clients and internal team members.
Develop a working knowledge of group annuity insurance underwriting and post-sale process.
Support client relationships by organizing and gathering necessary documentation.
Support projects assigned by Executive Vice President as needed.
Qualifications:
Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage plan census data, internal database and retirement plan information.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for corresponding with clients and team members.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office software, database systems, and spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel.
Education: Two plus years of experience in retirement, benefits, HR or financial services industry or an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR or risk management.
Compensation offered is commensurate with unique qualifications and experience. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
