Olympia, WA dealership is seeking a skilled Finance Manager who is looking to earn up to 25% based on penetration of back-end products. No chargebacks after 90 days. Competitive pay-plan with industry average back-end performance incentives.
We are looking for someone who...
*Understands the structure of a car deal in order to maximize profit for the dealership.
*Is familiar with bank and credit union parameters/stipulations to fund deals as fast as possible.
*Performs job duties with integrity to always stays in compliance.
*Prioritizes customer experience and does their part to keep high CSI.
*Protects the dealership and customer's private information.
*Believes in the importance of attitude and enthusiam.
*Has a minimum of 2 years of dealership F&I or Sales Management experience is preferred. Desking experience is an added bonus.
*Is familiar with DealerTrack F&I, Darwin, and CUDL.
*Is comfortable and willing to assist the sales team progress and close deals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
