Responsibilities:
- Installation and construction of landscapes. This includes, but is not limited to: Hardscape Installation, plant material installation, and mulching.
- Delegating tasks and overseeing the proper use of tools and equipment.
- Proper use of equipment such as a mini excavator, track machine, trucks, and trailers
- Keep track of receipts and invoices for each job in an organized and timely manner
- Work with other crew members in a professional way for efficient project outcomes
- Leading by example and setting the pace for landscape laborers
- Coordination with designer/landscape manager to interpret construction and site plans
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner
- *******Experienced foreman opening available at higher wage.
Requirements:
- Landscape installation experience
- MDOT medical card
- Valid drivers or chauffeurs license
- Ability to handle changing and challenging site situations
- Must be comfortable using equipment, driving a truck and trailer, and dump truck
- Enjoy working outside in various weather conditions
- Must be self-motivated and driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
