We’re seeking a Business Management Associate to support the growth of our AT&T Fiber team through customer acquisition, account management, and day-to-day business operations. In this role, you’ll help connect customers with reliable AT&T Fiber solutions while developing the business and leadership skills needed to take on greater responsibility.
As a Business Management Associate, you’ll begin with hands-on training across sales, customer management, team coordination, and business operations. As you progress, you’ll work alongside senior managers to learn how to monitor performance, improve processes, support team development, and contribute to overall business growth. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in business management while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Core Functions of the Business Management Associate
- Manage customer accounts and sales activities by understanding customer needs and connecting them with appropriate AT&T Fiber solutions.
- Support daily business operations by helping organize sales initiatives, track performance, and maintain an efficient customer experience.
- Drive customer acquisition and sales growth through professional, in-person customer engagement and solution-focused conversations.
- Analyze customer and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and help the team reach business goals.
- Collaborate with senior managers and team members to execute business strategies, improve processes, and support day-to-day operations.
- Develop leadership and management skills by taking initiative, supporting team performance, and learning how to lead through accountability and results.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
