About the Role
We're seeking bilingual Mandarin/English Commercial Real Estate Agents to help clients buy, sell, and lease office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. You'll serve a growing base of Mandarin-speaking clients alongside our broader client base. This is a hybrid role combining field work, client meetings, and office time.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in commercial sales and leasing transactions from first meeting through closing
- Prospect and build your own book of business with owners, investors, and tenants
- Prepare market analyses and property valuations
- Market listings through digital platforms, CRM tools, and direct outreach
- Negotiate offers and leases to secure strong terms for clients
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Active California DRE real estate salesperson license
- Commercial experience preferred; experienced residential agents ready to move into commercial are welcome
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office
Compensation
- Commission only. No base salary.
- Commission split: 80% to agent / 20% to broker
- Independent contractor (1099) position, per California Business & Professions Code §10032(b)
- Commission terms provided in a written agreement, as required by California Labor Code §2751
