About Hubley Painting & Remodeling
Hubley Painting & Remodeling is a design-build residential remodeling firm specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations, along with select millwork and interior renovation projects. We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple active projects in design and construction at any given time. Our documentation must be clear, accurate, and well-coordinated to support efficient permitting and field execution.
Position Overview
The Residential CAD Designer is responsible for producing accurate, permit-ready construction drawings in support of our Senior Residential Designer and project leadership. This is a technically focused role requiring a high level of proficiency in Chief Architect, strong organizational habits, and the ability to manage drawings across several active projects simultaneously.
This role reports directly to the Senior Residential Designer and works closely with Project Managers to ensure design intent is clearly documented and ready for construction. While the Senior Residential Designer leads all selection meetings and primary client communication, the CAD Designer will participate in field meetings and should be comfortable in a client-facing setting when on site.
