About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes multi-channel programs across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and landing pages for a technology business. The role translates campaign strategy into measurable acquisition and engagement programs that support pipeline, product adoption, and brand visibility.
The role partners with content, product marketing, sales, and design to launch campaigns, maintain a reliable publishing cadence, and improve funnel performance. Success depends on strong execution, disciplined measurement, and the ability to turn channel data into clear next actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, organic search, and social channels
- Build and maintain campaign assets, UTM frameworks, landing pages, forms, and nurture workflows in platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Monitor performance in GA4, Google Search Console, advertising platforms, and CRM dashboards; report on traffic, conversion, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Run A/B tests on audience segments, ad creative, email subject lines, calls to action, and landing-page experiences
- Coordinate the content calendar across blog, website, social, and email, managing briefs, approvals, deadlines, and publishing workflows
- Optimize SEO and SEM programs through keyword research, technical audits, bid adjustments, and content recommendations
- Partner with sales and marketing operations to improve lead routing, campaign attribution, data quality, and lifecycle reporting
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience executing email, paid media, SEO, social media, and landing-page programs with measurable performance goals
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build reports, interpret funnel metrics, and make optimization recommendations
- Clear writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail, organization, and campaign follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Looker Studio, Ahrefs or Semrush, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, marketing attribution, or experimentation programs
