Gold Management Group is growing and looking for an outgoing, motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, customer relations, account management, and business development.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with residential customers to introduce wireless and home internet services, explain available plans and promotions, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while developing valuable skills in customer service, sales, communication, customer acquisition, and leadership.
Customer Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Meet directly with residential customers and provide professional, face-to-face customer service
- Introduce wireless services, home internet plans, connectivity products, and current promotions
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and service options
- Explain pricing, service features, promotions, and account options clearly and accurately
- Assist customers with new account enrollments, account setup, service activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized customer service and consistent communication
- Answer customer questions and provide customer support throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate customer information, account records, enrollment documentation, and daily sales activity
