Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead for a direct hire opportunity in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketing professional with strong SEO, SEM, paid search, analytics, and leadership experience.
The SEO Team Lead will oversee organic search and paid search initiatives while mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on website visibility, lead generation, campaign performance, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO and paid search specialists.
- Create and execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign, website, and search performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Implement AI tools, automation solutions, and digital marketing best practices to improve efficiency and results.
- Partner with marketing, content, and web development teams to support lead generation and growth initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid in Cherry Hill, NJ.
