Construction Materials Testing Technician I–III
We are looking for Experienced CMT (Construction Materials Testing) Technicians!
Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
Compensation by Experience Level:
- Technicians with Relevant Experience and Certifications (2-5 years of experience with certifications - ACI, NICET, ICC, TXDOT): $20-$26
Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s years of Construction Materials Testing experience, current certifications, technical abilities, project location, and assigned responsibilities.
DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking dependable and motivated candidates for Construction Materials Testing Technician I, II, III, and Senior Technician opportunities throughout Texas and Louisiana.
Experienced candidates with ACI, NICET, TxDOT, ICC, nuclear gauge, or other related certifications may qualify for higher-level assignments and compensation of up to $26.00 per hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform field and laboratory tests such as:
- Concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and casting cylinders for compressive strength)
- Soil compaction testing using sand cone or nuclear density gauge
- Proctor, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis, and other soil classification tests (as applicable)
- Asphalt density testing and pavement core sampling
- Pile monitoring during installation to document capacity, penetration, and blow counts
- Produce timely and detailed reports
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and follow our corporate safety procedures at all time
- Follow all company's procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Arrive at the job site to which you are dispatched, on time each day
- Communicate with dispatch on a daily basis
- Communicate with onsite clients each day and relay any information to management
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
