Landscape Foreman / Site Supervisor (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Design & Build Landscapes is a high-end residential design-build firm working across the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. We build complete outdoor spaces: hardscape, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, lighting, planting, and outdoor living.
We're looking for a working Foreman / Site Supervisor to run our jobs in the field. You'll lead the crew, work alongside them, manage subs when needed, and make sure every job is built right. You'll report directly to our Project Director.
What you'll do
- Run day-to-day work on site: lead the crew, set priorities, keep the job moving
- Work hands-on with the crew every day
- Read and build from landscape, grading, drainage, irrigation, and lighting plans
- Verify layout, elevations, and site conditions before and during the work
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors when needed
- Track materials and let the office know what's needed before you run out
- Check quality as you go. Get it right the first time.
- Flag problems early and bring practical solutions
- Give homeowners a professional, friendly face on site and keep them updated on day-to-day progress
- Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized. Our clients live there.
- Handle punch list items and help with final walkthroughs
What you bring
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 5+ years in landscape or hardscape construction, with at least 2 years leading crews
- Able to read and build from plans
- Hands-on experience with:
- Irrigation: valves, drip, sprinklers, controllers, troubleshooting
- Drainage and grading
- Retaining walls
- Pavers, concrete, and hardscape
- Low-voltage landscape lighting
- Planting
- Takes ownership of the job and the crew
- Reliable, organized, and shows up ready to work
- Professional and respectful around homeowners
- Union or commercial landscape experience is a big plus
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
