MTS Tree and Landscape is looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Consultant. If you're a sales-driven individual who loves working outdoors, excels at helping clients visualize solutions, and has a strong customer service personality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are happy and willing to train the right person who is willing to learn. This is not a seasonal role as we work all year around.
**DETAILS***
Full-time position
Hourly wages: $30 per hour. Plus commission on completed work every 4 weeks. Expected wages- $100,000 -$150,000 per year OTE.
***BASIC REQUIREMENTS***-
- Must be ISA Certified or have equivalent knowledge and experience
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm for daily meetings with clients
- Be open to learning and growing continuously within the community
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to client
- Current Drivers licence and insurance
- Basic understanding of how to use a CRM and scheduling knowledge
- Reliable smartphone
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Capable of following detailed instructions or using best judgment to complete tasks as needed
- Possesses an eye for detail and takes pride in results
*** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***
- Follow a preset schedule for residential and commercial appointments to consult on tree and shrub needs and provide estimates
- Estimate and sell tree and shrub work based on customer needs and wants, while effectively communicating safety and health knowledge to find the best solutions for clients.
- Perform tree risk assessments.
- Achieve required weekly sales percentages and dollar amounts.
- Identify common signs of disease or pest infestations.
- Perform Level 1 and 2 tree analysis and identify potential hazards.
- Clearly and simply communicate hazards and mitigation options to clients.
- Ability to help clients visualize the appearance and feel of their property after service
- Follow all safety procedures and requirements
