What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow a book of business through sales, referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service and insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services
- Work toward and achieve sales and performance goals
- Recruit, train, and lead team members as the agency grows
- Support day-to-day agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Collaborate with Farmers agents and leaders to share best practices and continue developing professionally
