High Point Supply Chain Consulting LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support consulting projects involving logistics, procurement, inventory management, and operational improvement. This role involves coordinating projects, analyzing supply chain data, preparing reports, and collaborating with consultants and clients to improve efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate supply chain projects, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support consultants with project planning and client communications.
- Analyze data related to procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Track KPIs, project budgets, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify process improvements and recommend operational best practices.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP, CRM, and project management systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project coordination, or business analysis preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or project management tools is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, or PMP certifications are advantageous.
