Who we are looking for: Communication and teamwork are imperative in this position. You will be working with the clinical and financial teams to make decisions and you will be communicating with clients, family members, service providers and other professionals. A background in investments, banking, insurance, accounting, law or real estate would be helpful.
Who is that person: If you are adaptable, organized, reliable, and most importantly passionate about finances and customer relations, this is the role for you. You will not be doing accounting, but detail-oriented is a great skill to possess, along with comfort with numbers. A Bachelor's in Finance, Business or Related Field required. You must be able to work independently and be flexible to work with cognitively impaired adults, their families, the courts and various professionals.
